Jack And The Beanstalk

Here is a recent hit kids song of mine – ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’. This song will appear on my upcoming itunes album – ‘Music From The Garden’.

It was written during a school visit where they were doing fairy tales and fables as a school theme.
Kids have repeatedly asked for this song since, and they sing it with great enthusiasm!

The chorus is so simple to learn, and they love the rock and roll!

Lyrics

Gonna climb up that beanstalk, my name is Jack
Gonna climb up that beanstalk, see you when I’m back

I ain’t got no money, but I’ve got a cow
So I’m off to market, sell that cow somehow
There I met an old man, with some magic beans
He told me they would grow into a beanstalk of dreams

Gonna climb up that beanstalk, my name is Jack
Gonna climb up that beanstalk, see you when I’m back

The beans went in the garden, grew all night in the dark
I went up the beanstalk, found a magic harp
I came down the beanstalk, the giant followed me
I chopped down the beanstalk, then lived happily

Gonna climb up that beanstalk, my name is Jack
Gonna climb up that beanstalk, see you when I’m back
Gonna climb up that beanstalk, my name is Jack
Gonna climb up that beanstalk, see you when I’m back
